Here we go again...

First off, for those who haven't downloaded (or even heard) Ohene's "O Files Volume I"...How do you live with yourselves? Ok, I kid, but here is the link to the entire mixtape:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GWSZNI5M

Mixed by DJ DN³. Please don't miss out on this great compilation of Ohene and RAHM Nation Bangers. Stay tuned for great things from Ohene in the near future.

-------------------------------------------------------

Just when you think DJ DN³ is going back into hibernation - no, he comes back with another mixtape featuring Random. The Rapper/Producer/Co-host/Video Gamer comes back with a special treat in the same fashion.

TeacherRapperHero, the Random Mixtape Vol. 1 features notable up and comers 88-Keys, Mickey Factz, Naledge (Kidz in the Hall) and more, and drops on Memorial Day Weekend (Random's site www.megaran.com promises to have it up May 19).

The mixtape is a counterpart to his new Japan-Only release called Randomonium, dropping May 19 on River City Records, http://www.river-city.co.jp. The 18-track album features production by Random, DN³, K-Murdock and more.

The first leak from the mixtape, "Spread The Love," has Ran taking on downloading and filesharing from a unique perspective, that of the musician and that of the perpetrator. it is featured on Okayplayer, home site of ?uestlove of The Roots.

http://www.okayplayer.com/news/Audio-Random-Spread-The-Love-.html

Random is currently preparing to tour the country and hit 15 cities... after school lets out, of course.

RAHM Radio West ***THE O FILES Volume I (Free Download)***

Yes, the kid (DN³) was on Bigfoot status, but, some people spotted DN³ giving out his new mix CD - THE O FILES (Volume I). If any of you people are familiar with, the brother, Ohene’s music at all, you would think that this should have been done YEARS AGO. But late is greater than never! So without any further ado…

Ohene, Founder of the RAHM Nation, is a highly acclaimed Hip Hop artist based in Philadelphia. He has released such projects as the intellectually rugged “Rapademics”, the spiritually and emotionally driven “Inner City Soul”, the thoughtfully brilliant “Nina Simone”, and countless other features. We give O the traditional “free promo” Hip Hop mixtape treatment featuring some raw beats and rhymes. Most tracks are unreleased songs covering all eras of his released projects ranging from the very beginning of the RAHM Nation recordings.

If you feel that Ohene’s positive lyrical prowess and distinctive musical nature isn’t ill enough to hold a few megabytes on your iPods, then simply delete it. No harm done…after all this IS a FREE Download!!! Enjoy and stay tuned for future Ohene endeavors. Links below…

The long awaited return of the RandomBeagle Show is coming soon to a podcast near you. Lot’s of special things coming up this year such as:

•	Random’s Mega Ran 9 (late pass…it’s already out) If you haven’t done so, do yourself a favor and download the free version at:

www.megaran.com/sounds

...or be one of the cool kids by actually buying the Full Version. More details on megaran.com. Even if you hate video games, this is a great musical investment

•	One word: RANDOMONIUM (details on this very soon)

•	DN³ may have a few beat CDs floating around cyberspace as well as an official release of the “102” Jazz album - maybe.

Before I depart, make sure you check out our good friends at:

I am hearing that this “Flowers” EP is crazy…(another free download in this BAD economy…How the heck you people expect us musicians to eat and live when we give away so much good stuff for FREE) And I don’t support garbage music – point blank.

ALSO (for more free fire)…..

Last but not least, please check out my good friend Sabrina Cuie at:

This up and coming sultry vocalist (and songwriter) has put in an amazing amount of work in R&B and soul scene. She’s HOT! Plus, DN³ produced a good joint for her. Cuie Vol.1 is now available for free download! Look for her follow-up album coming soon.

Peace and blessings to all,

This weekend has been one of the most shocking weekends with the untimely deaths of two great geniuses of the entertainment world. First we had the great comedian, Bernie Mac, leave us. Then, the soulful “chef” – Isaac Hayes, parted ways with the physical. During the recording of this week’s show, we had a chance to speak on Bernie Mac a bit, but Isaac Hayes passed afterwards. So we would like to take this time to express our condolences for both of these great black figures. They will be missed and we will never forget the contributions they made to make our lives more enjoyable. Their passing marks an end of eras, but that only means “New Beginnings”. Rest in peace top Bernie and Isaac.

So we are speaking about “New Beginnings”. This week’s show is special because Random presents “The 8th Day”. Doesn’t this Random kid ever stop!?!? “The 8th Day” officially dropped on 08/08/08 – how symbolic. So, I don’t even have to tell ya’ll what to do next. I’ll just paste the link right below!

http://kunaki.com/sales.asp?PID=PX00ZOK554
The 8th Day for only $8.88

Or (if you are feeling like you could be one of the first 888 people to cop the SPECIAL LIMITED edition of “The 8th Day) click below:
http://kunaki.com/sales.asp?PID=PX00ZRH9QY

And if this you feel that this isn’t enough (for you spoiled consumers of quality music)…then you have problems. But we think we can remedy that issue. The RandomBeagle loves jazz music. So DN³ cooked up a bonus project for you purchasers of the “The 8th Day”. To get “102”, the instrumental experimental Jazz project from DN³, just cop that “8th Day”! I heard that cat even did a sick cover of “Feels So Good” by Chuck Mangione. (Which was a favorite of DN³’s pops)

Blogs? I heard you peeps liked blogs, too. So, we strongly urge ya’ll to check out “The Grandphibians”. Just a lil’ something cooked up by Speek Green. For mad info on all you need to know about what’s going on, click here:

http://thegrandphibians.blogspot.com/

Speaking of Speek Green, check out the NY Oil track on the show. The NY Oil album is out and it is crazy. Remember when rappers actually had IMPORTANT things to talk about? Especially when it came to today’s society. Proud to know that Speek was an executive producer on this project. For more info on the NY Oil project, check:

www.myspace.com/nyoil

Also, we have an exclusive interview with Philly’s own Bahamadia. Randombeats had a chance to build with her while he was in Philly. For those who may not know her, just know that Bahamadia is an emcee’s femcee. She’s been doing the world tour thing for a good minute and she had some good things to say for the show.

And you know the line-up stays crazy with joints from Slum Village’s superemcee - Elzhi, newcomer Asher Roth, producer extroadinaire – tREBLEFREE featuring Plee, nerdcore beast – Zealous 1, and the ultimate return of Smooth Tha Latin Soul Brotha. I heard the Latin one has a vicious mixtape dropping really soon. Hmmmm. Stay tuned and enjoy the show. Please have a great and blessed week.

It’s been a hot minute since the RAHM Radio West Show graced the cyberspace. The show returns with Random back in AZ. We would like to send a strong shout to our money grand man, Madness, of Pastlife Pretense. He came through for the last show to co-host. Please check that out, if you haven’t already. The RandomBeagle Show returns minus the Random this time. While Random makes his way up and down the east coast, DN3 recruits one of New Jersey’s finest to run this week’s show. Producer extraordinaire Madness is on the set. In addition to co-hosting, we will discuss his latest project “Pastlife Pretense”. If you feel hard beats and sick rhymes, you need to check this thing out. Peep the podcast for more information on that. You don’t want to miss that.

And as usual, we’ll have some new joints to spin. We threw in some Common and Pharell, some new Dwele and Slum Village, and a request from Random himself (from the east coast)…New Soulja Boy. Yes, that’s right. But the highlights of the show are the RAHM affiliates. We had the pleasure of spinning the new “Yoga At Home Theme Song” from Dumhi’s producer DJ Haji Haj. You talk about serious? It features the legendary Sadat X from Brand Nubian. Also, new music from Texas’ own Crew 54. And of course, we got some “Pastlife Pretense”. It’s a serious show on our hands. Enjoy that.

The RAHM Radio show is back with another crazy show. A very interesting week calls for an interesting show. Arizona was the place to be this last week especially with live shows by Kanye West, The Roots, and Erykah Badu – who all respectively tore it down. Check the podcast out for those reviews and opinions. Speaking of opinions...What’s yours on R. Kelly? We at the RandomBeagle show would love to heat it.

As RandomBeats prepares to visit the east coast again, we hit you in the head with some new cold joints by Nas, Lil Wayne, and J-Live. And without question we will spin some joints by our RAHM affiliates such as Dumhi featuring Kay of the Foundation and SoulBrotha, Hasan Salaam, and Smooth Tha Latin Soul Brotha (not to be confused with the Texan/Nigerian SoulBrotha). This is always as sick affair that you don’t want to miss. And stay tuned for another special exclusive interview for the upcoming show. Please have a safe and prosperous week.

What up, peoples…

The RandomBeagle Show returns with another show. DN3 is back from his suspension and things are back to normal. All insults have ceased. Shot out to Speek Green for filling in and doing a lovely job for the last show. This week’s show will feature new joints from Busta Rhymes and company, Platinum Pied Pipers, and Al Green to spill a few names.
Of course, there will be the usual crack-ups from your hosts: winners, weasels, random facts, etc. This week’s show is dedicated to DN3’s big sister (Dr. Mary Ann Alexander-Wilford) who has recently completed her PhD in Education from Nova Southeastern University. The RandomBeagle Show is very proud of her. In addition to that, all of my lady listeners might want to check out a book in which she contributed to titled:
Beyond the Body! Developing Inner Beauty.

How it do, people?

Ok...We are back with another edition of the RandomBeagle show, eh um...The RandomSpeek show. DN3 was cast out of his own show for this week. He has been suspended for illogical behavior. He was replaced by the one and only - Speek Greene A.K.A Food Witherspoon. For those who don't know Speek, you might want to check this show out. Speek is a man of many talents...DJ, emceee, singer, A/R, comedian, and last but not least...co-host. Check out his myspace at:

http://www.myspace.com/foodwitherspoone

This week's show is a special one. In addition to the special guest co-host, we have an exclusive interview with the LEGENDARY Medusa. Medusa, the ORIGINAL Cali SuperFemcee, has been ripping the West Coast scene for years! And it was an honor to see her rock and talk to the queen. So peep the interview and check out her official myspace page at:

http://www.myspace.com/medusa

In addition to all the special guests and exclusives, you know that the RAHM Radio Show comes with the sick music. Keep the ear open to some new joints from The Kids In The Hall featuring Sean Price and Buckshot, Raekwon and Ghostface, and RAHM Affiliates O-Phrap and Dibiase. Of course, you'll hear new joints from our special guests, Food Witherspoon and Medusa. Oh yeah, and for my Nerdcore cats...Will the "Cartridge Family" be a thing of the future??? Hmmm...Check out the show and we shall see. Enjoy and a have a great week.

Greetings again…

It’s been a while since we hit people in the head with a brand new show. RandomBeats and DJ DN3 would like to apologize to the unexpected hiatus. Life had us caught up in the struggle so I know all of you understand. Now that we are back to our passion, we would like to hit you with yet another dope show. Expect some new heaters for your speakers and some political rants by your hosts.

This week’s episode features new joints from Gnarls Barkley, Dino 5, and Erykah Badu. Also, you can expect to check out some new joints from our RAHM Affiliates, Hazmat, Speek Greene featuring Candid, Philly’s own Topaz, and Konfession featuring KOOL G. RAP (the legend). Good God! It’s great to hear that my good people in this music biz are doing BIG things. Also, I have yet to hear if DJ Haji Haj ended his “Free iPod” contest…So that means that the prize is still for the grabbing! To have your chance of winning the “Dumhi” loaded iPod, please send an e-mail to:

Thanks for checking out our Nerdcore show. Next week’s show will have another special guest exclusive interview. (no, we are not telling you, so tune in) Enjoy the show.

Peace and Blessings

P.S. Get that “Patches And Glue” CD…I heard it was crazy.

www.rahmradio.mypodcast.com

How it do…

First off the RandomBeagle would like to apologize for the late episode. Things have been very busy in these parts with the show and the new Patches and Glue EP release. Speaking of which, the CD release party was bananas. We have to send a good look to all of our Arizona heads that came out to see us rock last week (and copped the early version of the CD). Thanks…And be sure to cop that CD! You can order that on www.kunaki.com Stay tuned because “Patches” could be in your local music store soon.

We call this the RandomBeagle show for a reason. At any given episode, we could feature some crazy obscurity. This week, we take on the ever rising Nerdcore genre. As you already may know, the Mega Ran project became a success. The Nerdcore community bigged the album up especially. So the RandomBeagle show decided to feature an episode to bang out some popular Nerdcore tracks on. We also have a special and exclusive interview with the one and only…

MC Frontalot

MC Frontalot drops some informative jewels with Random about the Nerdcore scene. Check out more of MC Frontalot at:

www.frontalot.com

We also ran some of our favorite Nerdcore joints from Frontalot, Optimus Rhyme, Beefy, Maja (our dawg), and the one and only YT Cracker. This show maybe a little left field from our usual twist, but I had to say I learned a lot putting this thing together. Nerdy is the new cool. So check it out and thanks for the love.

What it do?

The RAHM Radio West Show is back with another on point episode. The big news of the week is Random’s (of RandomBeagle fame) “Patches And Glue” project is complete. Please be on the lookout for its release on April 15th. It should be easy to remember for late filers. File your taxes and buy the “Patches”. The CD features production from K-Murdock, DN3, Raze Brooks, Raheem Jarbo, and Storyville. Lots of hard work was invested into this project. If you were fans of “The Call” and “Mega Ran” you will already know that this is a dope CD. DN3 wrote a track-by-track blog documenting what was going through our heads when we were in the process of creating “Patches”. Check that out at:

www.myspace.com/soulbeagles

This week’s show contains some new…and old bangers…as usual. We got new joints from Sheek Louch (D-Block), The Roots featuring Wale and Chrisette Michelle, and new nerdcore sensation act – The Cool Kids. Of course, we also showcase some hot joints from our RAHM Nation affiliates like Reef The Lost Cauze (with Haji Haj on beats), 20/20, Konfession, and Chicago’s own Empress. Check out the show and enjoy. Also, listen for Alexus the dog. She’s in there somewhere. Please have a safe week.

What it do, people?

It’s better late than never. The RandomBeagle Show is back with the return of Randombeats, who says that Austin, Texas was off the meter. First of all, we want to thank Novelty for dropping by and co-hosting the last show. It was nothing short of dope. Check for Novelty’s future projects at:

http://www.myspace.com/noveltymusic

Show # 15 is here with a special Resurrection episode featuring an interview with Gospel Hip Hop artist:

- Free Speech -

This talented young brother from Philly has been killing it for a couple of years now. He is set to release his debut project (featuring production from DN³) this coming week. We will definitely let you know how to get your hands, and ears on it. Not only does this cat kill it in the name of God - he kills it period…And that’s with the RAHM Nation’s stamp of approval. Check out Free Speech at:

http://www.myspace.com/freespeechwordout

Also, the RandomBeagle Show returns with the craziest flavor in Hip-Hop whether it is new or old. DN³ spins some new joints from Outkast featuring Raekwon, Talib Kweli, Skillz featuring Common and Gospel Hip-Hop’s new fire – The Everyday Process. So check that out.

What would be the nicest way to check out the RandomBeagle Show? I’ll tell you how. On a free iPod loaded with Dumhi music…that’s how. If you want a chance at winning this thing, check out DJ Haji Haj at:

http://www.myspace.com/dumhi

…and send an e-mail to dumhi.contests@gmail.com to enter. The RandomBeagle Show has already been disqualified to win because RAHM Nation artists might show up in the music loaded on the iPod. Hmph. We hope everybody had a great holiday. Good luck with the iPod contest and have a safe week.

What up, people….

We are back to contaminate the airwaves (cyberspace for that matter). The ever-traveling Random could not make this week’s show due to his appearance in Austin, Texas at the South By Southwest Festival. But, you know how we do…we just get the ill fill-ins. This week, we have a special co-host: (whom I’ve been trying to track down for months!)

***Novelty***

This talented emcee blessed the RandomBeagle Show with his presence. So tune in to get up on one of Phoenix’s (By way of Detroit) sickest Hip-Hop acts. Also, K-Murdock of Panacea, stopped by to make a special appearance for show. For those who may not be familiar with K, he is a dope producer who has worked with artists such as R & B sensation, Raheem Devaughn, as well RAHM Nation’s own Random. We caught him hanging out in Phoenix so we tracked him down to come through to the show. So check him out.

This week’s features in music include new tracks by The Roots, Q-tip, Snoop Dogg, and more. And of course, we have new music from our co-host and special guest, Novelty and K- Murdock (Panacea). By special request from Random’s own mother, we had to throw in the classic by Chubb Rock – Treat Em Right. And how could we forget the 11th Anniversary of the great Notorious B.I.G.

“…The greatest of all time died on March 9th…”

- Canibus

We remember Big with one of our favorite Junior Mafia tracks. Please check out Novelty at:
www.myspace.com/noveltymusic.com

Random (The Biggie look-alike) will be back next week. Until then, please enjoy the show.

RAHM Radio West is back with another feature episode. This time around, we bring you an interview with rising star rapper, Blu. If you are not on up your Hip Hop, you definitely want to check out this ferocious young cat. Blu has been making it happen in the West Coast underground for a hot minute and the RandomBeagle got a chance to talk to the man. We talked about his critically acclaimed album “Below The Heavens” and other interesting things. So check that out.

Also, the RandomBeagle Show continues to bring you the sickest in current and old school Hip Hop with this episode. This week we have spins by X-Clan (remember them??), Atmosphere, Saigon featuring Jay Z, and RAHM affiliate M.O.A. For all those who know the RandomBeagle, you know that we try to keep the format diverse. And we do appreciate the positive feedback from you. What up, people….

It’s that time again. It’s another crazy podcast in your speakers. We bring show # 11 to you with a special theme. We all know what February 14th is and to celebrate, we dedicated the show to all of our Hip-Hop Ladies. Yes…that’s right – all female artists in the mix. We understand how commercialized this day could be. But when you are dealing with the RandomBeagle show, you got the commercials to a minimum. So hope the ladies will enjoy this edition – guys as well…only because the music is hot.

Also, we have a very special treat for you all. We have an exclusive interview with the one and only Shock G from Digital Underground. If you are over 23 and can’t remember Digital Underground, please stay off of the illegal narcotics! Shock G a.k.a Humpty Hump have been doing the thing for over 20 years in the Hip-Hop game. We all can remember hits like “The Humpty Dance” and “Doowatchalike”. The RandomBeagle had a chance to kick it with the leader of the Underground. DN3 had chance to party on-stage with the Underground. And, if you’ve ever seen the video to “Doowatchalike”, then you know it was stupid-crazy. Check it at:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e5k3iMqZ3E

In addition to that, please don’t forget to keep checking for future RAHM Nation projects.

People,

We are back with yet another special and exclusive episode of the RandomBeagle Show. This comes with our sincerest apologies for a no-show last week. But best believe we were getting the setup for a crazy dope show this week. Random and DN³ have been working hard to bring ya'll the best in Hip-Hop to your home, car, or iPod speakers.

This week's show features the LEGENDARY Brooklyn MC, Masta Ace and his super group, EMC (Punch, Wordsworth, and Stricklin). Masta Ace has been in the Hip-Hop game since the late 80's. His early days started with the LEGENDARY Hip-Hop Producer, Marley Marl, and the Queens, NY based Juice Crew All Stars. (Big Daddy Kane, Kool G. Rap, Biz Markie, and Craig G to name a few) EMC is about to drop their highly anticipated album, The Show, next month. And the brothers were gracious enough to hit us with an exclusive interview. So take a listen and enjoy.

Also, be on the lookout for future RAHM Nation projects such as:

Random's "Patches And Glue"

Happy New Year to all of you. Thank you for listening and supporting the RAHM Radio West show. This year, we hope to continue to bring it to you raw with the sickest in Hip-Hop and other excursions. We return with another banger of a show this week. We have a special guest host – Phoenix’s own MAJA (may-jah). Maja showed love and sat in for the ever “on the go” Random this week. If you have been tuning into the RandomBeagle show for the last couple of months, you will know that we always feature the hotness. Be sure to check out Maja and his music at:

www.myspace.com/newschoolhiphop

www.newschoolhiphop.com

Also, We have a very special exclusive interview with New Jersey’s Pacewon. You might remember him from The Outsidaz crew (Eminem, Rah Digga). Pacewon laid down bangers with the likes of Eminem and The Fugees. Good to hear that brother is still in the mix. We also have some dope joints from Pete Rock, Slum Village, Statik Selector, G The Chancellor, and of course Maja.

So do the clicking and enjoy the show. Also, be on the lookout for Random’s new EP project, “Patches And Glue” coming out sooner than you think! Next up from RAHM Nation will be “The House Project”. For more details on that, lookup:

www.myspace.com/soulbeagles

You KNOW its gonna be crazy if you see “beagles” in the name! Please have a safe and great week.

Peace and Blessings, People…

It’s the year-end edition of the RAHM Radio West Show. We will be closing out the year with yet another sick show. Random is back to claim his co-host duties while we shoot out a good look to Smooth Tha Latin Soul Brotha for filling the spot for the last couple of weeks. If you thought he did an excellent job, drop him a line at his Myspace:
www.mypsace.com/smoothfeelin

We got a lot of goodies for this week’s show. Some of our favorite joints of the 2 double 07 got some spins as well as some of our favorite slept on joints - by Outkast, Pharaoh Monche, Joell Ortiz, etc. Also be sure to check out music by our RAHM affiliates, Bassline Entertainment, Loose, P.T., Samik, and Ohene. And what would be a year end wrap up without Skillz’ 07 Wrap Up!? 2007 proved to be a great year in Hip-Hop and we look to continue to bring ya’ll that raw uncut for the 2 double 08.

Random and DN3 will be rocking the Los Angeles area this coming weekend. So, if you are in the area, holla at us at the Airliner in Los Angeles on January 4th or the Anime Convention in Burbank, Ca on the 5th. The RandomBeagle Show will be back on the week after. Please have a happy, safe and prosperous New Year!!
